“I understood that it wasn’t my fault that my mother didn’t love me; it was she who wasn’t able to love. I never gave it up on myself and eventually I won: I learned to love myself and to live my life from the purity of my soul.”
Eating disorders are an expression of suffering that manifests itself through dysfunctional behavior. There are several kinds of eating disorders, such as bulimia, anorexia and the binge eating, and they have all the same cause: the lack of self-love. In this seminar we will learn about the importance of motherhood, and how behavior is influenced by toxic emotional family inheritance. We will learn what the warnings signs are, some possible paths to healing, and how we can work to give our body its consciousness back, so that it will guide us in developing healthy and balanced eating habits. For those who have a loved one who suffers from an eating disorder, you can learn what you can do to give him or her support.
